Established under Part 9 of Singapore's Constitution, the Legal Service Commission (LSC) oversees all officers in the Singapore Legal Service, with functions and powers including appointment, confirmation, establishment, promotion, transfer, and disciplinary control. Legal Service Officers serve and protect the interests of the public and the nation across the Singapore Legal Service.
