About
The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is constituted under Part 9 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore and has jurisdiction over all officers in the Singapore Judicial Service, including their appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, disciplinary control and dismissal. Its mission is to recruit, nurture and support Judicial Service Officers of ability and integrity who are committed to delivering justice.
